PRIORITY MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT

$18 a month for your first system.

Choose $18/month or $216/year for your first system. Each additional system is $9/month or $99/year. A simple way to keep the equipment looked after without making HVAC another thing on your calendar.

FIRST SYSTEM

$18/month

or $216/year

Your first covered HVAC system.

ADDITIONAL SYSTEMS

+$9/month each

or $99/year each

Add each additional HVAC system in the home. Paying annually saves $9 per additional system compared with twelve monthly payments ($108).

PMA MEMBER BENEFIT

Lifetime Labor Warranty

On qualifying new system installations, an active PMA includes lifetime labor coverage for installation-related issues. If something connected to our workmanship ever causes a covered problem, we will take care of it, so you can get back to being comfortable.

Seasonal maintenanceSeasonal care before Arkansas weather has a chance to surprise you.
Priority schedulingWhen schedules get busy, membership helps keep your home closer to the front of the line.
Seasonal & filter-change reminders from TEMPiNo more guessing which filter goes where or wondering when it was last changed. For active PMA members, TEMPi keeps track of your filter sizes, locations and replacement schedule in your customer portal, then reminds you when it’s time for a change. We’ll also remind you when seasonal maintenance is due.

WHAT A MAINTENANCE INCLUDES

The whole system gets checked.

A PMA visit is more than a quick look and a filter reminder. We check system operation, airflow, electrical components, safeties and the equipment-specific items that matter for the season. Items are performed as applicable to your system.

Airflow & system performance Measure return and supply static pressure, verify total external static pressure, check temperature rise or cooling temperature split, inspect blower operation, verify airflow, and note duct or restriction concerns.
Thermostat & controls Verify thermostat operation, system mode, setpoints, staging and control response. Check accessible low-voltage wiring and confirm the equipment starts, runs and shuts down correctly.
Electrical inspection Check line voltage, inspect disconnects and accessible wiring, tighten accessible electrical connections, inspect contactors and relays, test capacitors, and measure motor/compressor amp draw where applicable.
Indoor equipment & evaporator coil Inspect the blower assembly, cabinet, insulation, filter condition and fit, and accessible duct connections. Clean the evaporator coil as needed and accessible, and check for moisture, dirt, overheating, biological buildup or abnormal wear.
Condensate & drain protection Inspect primary and secondary drains, clear or flush accessible drain lines as needed, check condensate pump operation where present, and test accessible float switches and overflow safeties.
Outdoor equipment & condenser coil Clean the condenser coil, inspect the fan motor and blade, cabinet, electrical compartment, contactor and capacitor, refrigerant-line insulation, vibration, debris and overall operating condition.
Refrigerant-side checks Check operating pressures and temperatures when conditions allow, evaluate superheat/subcooling as applicable, inspect accessible refrigerant piping, and look for signs of oil, leaks, icing or abnormal system operation.
Gas furnace, heat exchanger & combustion safety Inspect and clean burners, verify ignition sequence and gas valve operation, inspect accessible gas connections, measure temperature rise, and check venting and flue condition. Clean the heat exchanger as accessible and inspect it with a camera for cracks, deterioration or other visible defects. Perform carbon monoxide testing in the home, at supply vents and at the flue, and verify applicable furnace safeties.
Heat pump & electric heat Verify heating operation, auxiliary/emergency heat where equipped, defrost operation when conditions allow, reversing-valve response, heat-strip amp draw and related safeties as applicable.
Safety controls Verify accessible limits, pressure switches, float switches, rollout/overheat protection and other equipment safeties appropriate to the system. We also note visible concerns involving venting, combustion or electrical safety.
Cleaning & condition check Clean accessible coils and equipment surfaces, remove normal accessible debris, check drain pans and cabinet condition, and identify buildup, corrosion, overheating, biological growth or repair needs before they become larger problems.
Documented in your customer portal We save the maintenance findings to your AllTemp customer portal so you have a clear service record to reference later. Documentation can include equipment data plates, before-and-after photos, gauge readings, inspection-camera photos, videos when applicable, key measurements, system-condition notes, safety concerns and recommended repairs.
